Digital manufacturing at master level – specialised in CAD/CAM since 2002: Heinzmann-Zahntechnik operates as a dental milling centre for dental practices and for dental and in-house practice laboratories. Based in the district of Bergstrasse, at the meeting point of the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar regions – with our own courier service within 150 km and shipping throughout Germany.
Machine park & digital manufacturing
The digital process chain is entirely in house: design with EXOCAD, two 5-axis CNC milling machines, eight 3D printing systems plus one filament printing system, and laser welding technology for metalwork. A new CNC machine for metalwork was commissioned in 2025.
Master Dental Technician Oliver Heinzmann specialised in CAD/CAM as early as 2002. Digital precision and experienced hand finishing come together on every order – master-supervised, MDR-compliant and CO₂-neutrally produced.
Materials
We process exclusively tested, MDR-compliant materials – milled, printed or laser-welded according to the material.
Ceramics
ZrO₂ (zirconium dioxide), e.max (lithium disilicate) and feldspathic ceramic – for aesthetic, durable restorations from the single crown to the bridge.
Metals
CrCoMo (non-precious alloy) and titanium – milled and processed using laser welding technology, for example for frameworks and telescopic work.
Polymers
PMMA – digitally processed by milling and 3D printing, in consistently reproducible quality.
For dental practices: the digital workflow
Your intraoral scans reach us securely and seamlessly via MY ITERO, DS CORE or MEDIT LINK; in addition we process open data sets (e.g. STL) from common intraoral scanners. We also support chairside workflows: we combine chairside-captured data with laboratory-side precision and finishing – from the single crown through to implant prosthetics.
Digital data transfer
Your scan data reach us via MY ITERO, DS CORE, MEDIT LINK or as an open STL file – without media discontinuities.
CAD design with EXOCAD
Our technicians design in EXOCAD – with consultation before manufacturing release on request.
CAM manufacturing and 3D printing
Milled or printed on our own machines – appropriate to the material, from zirconia to titanium, with no outsourcing.
Quality control and delivery
Patient-specific try-in protocol, followed by delivery via courier service or shipping.
For dental laboratories: milling & printing support
Work from other laboratories is expressly welcome: as a partner to dental and in-house practice laboratories we step in when capacity, machinery or specialist knowledge is missing – reliably and discreetly.
Milling and printing support
Crowns, bridges, telescopic dentures and semi-finished parts in ZrO₂, titanium or non-precious alloys – accurately fitted for further processing in your laboratory.
Repairs and extensions
We also repair and extend existing work – precisely and durably.

Logistics: courier service & shipping
As a milling centre for the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar regions we benefit from the position of Heppenheim in the district of Bergstrasse – exactly where the two metropolitan regions meet. Our own courier service collects and delivers work within a radius of up to 150 kilometres – in person and reliably.
Over greater distances we ship throughout Germany via shipping providers (e.g. UPS). Practices and laboratories outside the region therefore work with us just as smoothly as partners on our doorstep.

Do you also manufacture for other dental laboratories?
Yes. Heinzmann-Zahntechnik supports dental and in-house practice laboratories with precise milling and printing support, semi-finished parts and flexible capacity during bottlenecks – reliably and in master-supervised quality. We supply crowns, bridges and telescopic work in ZrO₂, titanium or non-precious alloys, accurately fitted for further processing; we also carry out repairs and extensions to existing work.
Which scan data can you process?
Data transfer is secure and seamless via MY ITERO, DS CORE or MEDIT LINK – directly into our laboratory. We also process open data sets (e.g. STL) from a range of common intraoral scanners. If you have questions about compatibility, we are happy to support your practice or laboratory personally.
Are express jobs possible for practices and laboratories?
Yes, by individual arrangement. Thanks to consistently digital processes, many jobs can be completed at short notice without compromising the master-supervised quality you are used to. Get in touch – we will agree feasibility and scheduling together on a case-by-case basis.
